You can pay our driver when you get to Cancun, please take note that he takes cash and credit card. If you prefer to pre-pay your transfer you can do that too. We accept online Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express, our credit card processor is PayPal, which is one of the best & secure companies for e-commerce.
If your card is approved we will instantly receive notification of your payment.
As soon as we have it, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm the service you paid for.
Important: Our credit card processor works in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), this means that your information is encrypted and nobody will have access to it, your credit card type or information and security code. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

The service paid with PayPal is 100% refundable if you give us a cancellation notice 24 hours in advance prior to your arrival date.
If you don’t cancel your reservation and no show at the airport, a charge of $10.00 will be applicable and the balance will be refunded to you or you can use your full credit on a next trip with us.
Your credit card or bank statement will appear as ” Atyourservicecancun.com ” or ” Fenego S de R.L de C.V.”. All the payments you make through this website will be charged in US currency.
If you select country as United States and Pesos If you have a Mexican credit card and you select MEXICO as a country.
This process is only for clients that have received a confirmation number from our reservation department and invoice notice.
